Our discovery process gets to the heart of your meeting. We start with a conversation to ensure we understand your program, and the reason, objectives and goals for your meeting. Then we dig into the details – inquiring about attendee demographic, budget, history, desired destination and property features and much more—to help us create a vision for your program.
We use our understanding of your organization, goals and program details to find the perfect venues. CSN Connects presents several options that best fit your program requirements, emphasizing those venues with a proven track record and reputation for servicing similar programs. We look at consistency in service, F&B and other critical success factors, often drawing on firsthand knowledge or references and testimonials from trusted colleagues about the venues we are presenting to you.
The most important component within our process is the introduction of client and venue. We act as a liaison, sharing your goals and needs to spark opportunities and strengthen partnerships. Using a transparent team approach, we represent both our client’s interests and the venue’s, to assure the most successful program possible where everyone achieves their goals and exceeds their expectations.
We encourage site visits before final selection and will accompany teams, coordinating an experience that allows you to explore the key features of the venue and understand how your unique needs will be met. If you prefer, we will do the site visit on your behalf or coordinate everything between you and the venue to maximize your time.
Our negotiations are not limited to pricing. We include package inclusions, conference space (and breakouts), multi-media equipment, services, and perks, including study, social and storage areas, receptions, banquets and team building/networking programming, as well as volume usage and other factors that impact pricing considerations.
The most challenging aspect of sourcing and site selection is contracting, which captures the essence of all the discussions and the commitment to deliver, on behalf of all parties. CSN Connects participates in the contracting process so all key points discussed throughout the site selection and negotiation process are captured and reflected within the contractual documents.
